What we can help with
Product questions — Materials, finishes, measurements, how a lamp was printed, how long the next drop will take.
Order & shipping — Tracking, delays, customs questions, address changes (within 24 hours of order).
Returns & refunds — See our Refund Policy for the full process. Short version: 14 days, in original condition, buyer covers return shipping.
Press & collaboration — Editorial features, design partnerships, gift set commissions. We read everything.
Wholesale — Not open yet, but we're listening. Email us with your store and region, and we'll be in touch when we open our first retail partnership round.
Response time
Monday–Friday, within 48 hours.
Weekends, we rest.

The studio is in Chengdu, China (UTC+8).
Our inbox checks happen at 10:00 and 17:00 local time.
If your message is urgent (a shipping issue with a deadline, for example), please put URGENT in the subject line — we'll see it faster.
