Return and Refund Policy
Because every PrintLume piece is printed to order in small batches, we treat returns differently from mass-produced retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
14-Day Return Window
You may return any PrintLume product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Returns that arrive damaged, used, or without original packaging cannot be refunded.
How to Start a Return
Email printlume2026@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- A photo of the item in its current condition
We'll reply within 2 business days with a return address and next steps.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost during return transit.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, manufacturing defect), we cover return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the refund.
We refund the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged by buyer misuse
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items without original packaging
Sale items and limited drop items are refundable under the same terms as regular items.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint and reship at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before printing begins. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
