Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PrintLume. We design and 3D-print every item in small batches, one at a time. Because of this, orders are not shipped the moment they're placed — they're printed, inspected, packaged, and then sent on their way.

Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Each piece is printed to order. Please allow 5–7 business days of processing time before your order ships. For limited drops of 50+ units, processing may extend to 10 business days — if this applies to your order, we'll email you the day it ships.

We do not ship on weekends or Chinese public holidays.

Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated transit times (from the day your order ships):

  • North America (US & Canada): 7–12 business days
  • Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway): 8–14 business days
  • Asia-Pacific (Australia, NZ, Singapore, Japan, HK, TW): 6–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

All times are estimates provided by our carriers. Customs inspections or local holidays may extend delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via DHL eCommerce, UPS, and local postal partners depending on destination. All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number the day your order leaves the studio.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier. We do not profit from shipping — the amount shown is what we pay.

We do not offer free shipping at this time. As a small studio, we'd rather charge honest shipping and keep product prices lower than bury the cost in a higher listed price.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

PrintLume cannot predict or cover these fees. If you're unsure about import costs for your country, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

If a package is refused at customs or at delivery, we'll issue a refund for the product only once the package is returned to our studio. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please email printlume2026@gmail.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier.

If a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost, or offer a full refund if you prefer.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging (both exterior and interior)

We'll reprint and reship the damaged item at no cost to you.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please email printlume2026@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered printing, the address is locked.
