PrintLume is a design studio that makes 3D-printed lamps and small objects, sold directly through our website at printlume.com.

  • You authorize us to charge the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these terms, or cannot be fulfilled.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees charged by your bank.

7. Product Accuracy

We do our best to display accurate product photos and descriptions. Because each piece is 3D-printed individually, slight variations in color, layer texture, and finish are normal and expected. These are not defects.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' experience
  • Submit false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

PrintLume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen.
