Photo requirements

Works great: clear well-lit photo, single subject, plain background, eyes open, at least 1500 × 1500 px, JPG or PNG.
Doesn't work well: blurry, multiple subjects, dim lighting, heavy filters, photos of photos, smaller than 1500 × 1500 px.

Don't worry — if your photo doesn't work, we'll email you to find a better one before printing.

About the wait

We don't pre-make these. Every Memory Lamp starts when you order. The 5–7 day wait isn't a delay — it's the time it takes to make something that's only yours.

Refunds

If your lamp arrives damaged or doesn't match the photo you sent, we'll remake it for free. Because each is custom-made, we can't take returns for change of mind — but we can swap photos if you reach out within 24 hours of upload.
